Emirates Post Group highlights career opportunities in various sectors

Emirates Post Group is offering job opportunities for UAE nationals at the 19 th National Career Fair which is being held at Expo Centre Sharjah from February 15 to 17, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

The areas being highlighted at the fair include jobs in the financial sector, strategy sector, in addition to administrative duties and customer service

Emirates Post Group is raising awareness of its work placement programs and for university students in coordination with accredited UAE universities in order to qualify them for the labor market, and conducting workshops on CV Writing and passing interviews. Participants can apply applications at the EPG stand or online through EPG website.

Chief Support Services Officer of EPG, Mr. Sami Al Khaja said Emirates Post Group's focus on attracting talented young UAE nationals to work in the postal industry and/or the Group's subsidiaries, and he said the career fair was a great opportunity to provide all necessary information for job seekers in addition to interactive platform to encourage young Emiratis to apply for jobs.

He emphasized the group's commitment to providing comprehensive training programs through the smart learning platform and support government policies on emiratisation, as part of a larger goal of supporting social stability among families.

He added that Emirates Post Group offered a number of e-learning courses to employees in 2016. A total of 580 employees successfully completed online courses in various postal fields available under the 'Trainpost' program of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), in English and Arabic. In addition 209 employees have been through online courses in business skills, innovation and specialized areas with different international learning platforms.
